Synopsis

Antares is a quintessential story.

A new legend for a new world, with our hero, Antares—schooled for transcendence, falling in love, and battling gods and forces he barely comprehends. Antares is the wildest adventure of wits your inner genius craves.

In a future where spirituality reigns over humanity and technology, Antares—a bodyguard to Oracles and Prophets, and sometimes to gods—finds himself investigating his own murder.

A philosopher and a poet, once an intellectual without a cause, he begins to uncover one with the help of Thoth—a mysterious mentor whose guidance transforms him and sets him on an unexpected path.

To survive, Antares must alter a future already inscribed in the world of the gods, where he is fated to be sacrificed in Gaia’s ritual.

Along the way, he must unravel the nature of Reality itself within a complex world overseen by the cold eye of AI, and populated by gods resurrected in a society lost to ritual.

She—a researcher for the Vatican—is a scientist probing the mysteries of pagan gods and "other demons." A consciologist.

They fall in love during troubled times, when higher forces lurk behind the façade of reality or explode in surreal displays, building toward a climax worthy of legends. This is not a retelling of an old story, but a new myth crafted for our future. The Minotaur, Gaia, Thoth, and others play their parts in a game that will grip you until the final words: “The End.” The build-up, though, is unforgettable.

Love becomes another piece of the puzzle—or perhaps the solution. It’s a criminal tango of attraction and intrigue, between men and women, gods and humans alike.

This is deep intellectual entertainment, a realm where philosophy, mythology, hermeticism, and science dance in perfect rhythm as the adventure rages on.

Humorous yet profound, Antares invites you to revel in its complexity, while never taking itself too seriously.

You deserve this luxurious intellectual adventure.
